After successful login, your OTR Dashboard will be displayed.

Step 3: Select Active Advertisement

1. Locate the Active Advertisements:
On the Dashboard, you will find a link for "Active/Ongoing Advertisements." Click on the link.


2. Select the Desired Advertisement:
Choose the advertisement for which you wish to apply and click the relevant link.

Step 4: Fill the Application Form

1. Complete the Application Form:
Fill out all required details in the online application form (e.g., personal, educational, experience).

2. Upload Scanned Documents:
Upload scanned copies of required documents/certificates (in PDF format, max size 100 KB).

3. Upload Photograph and Signature:

Capture your photo using a webcam with a white background.

Upload your signature in the designated area.

Step 5: Submit the Application

Syllabus and Exam pattern

Merit list for selection :
1. The merit list for the 70th Combined Main Examination will be prepared based on 900 marks (General Studies Paper-I, Paper-II, and an optional subject) and 120 marks for the interview, totaling 1020 marks, after applying the reservation criteria.


2. For specific posts (e.g., Child Development Officers, Financial Officers), the same process will apply, with 900 marks from the exam and 120 marks for the interview.


3. In case of tied marks, preference will be given based on:

Higher marks in the optional subject.

If still tied, preference goes to the older candidate.


4. Final appointments depend on the merit list, reservation, and vacancy availability.


5. The Commission reserves the right to recommend or not recommend candidates based on its discretion.

Other Points:
Candidates cannot claim seniority if their appointment is later canceled due to legal reasons.

False or incomplete information in the application may lead to rejection, with the final decision resting with the Commission.
