For Enrollment in Class 11 (Session 2024-26) in the State Educational Institutions Providing Intermediate Education
After the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) issues the enrollment list in three phases, students can now avail the facility of spot enrollment on vacant seats.
Students Eligible for Spot Enrollment:
- Students who were not selected even in the third selection list.
- Students who have not yet applied through OFSS.
- Students who, despite being selected in OFSS, have not yet enrolled.
Important Dates for Spot Enrollment:
- (i) On 12th August 2024, the details of vacant seats in institutions will be made available on the OFSS portal.
- (ii) Online applications will be accepted from 12th August 2024 to 13th August 2024.
- (iii) Enrollment will take place from 14th August 2024 to 17th August 2024.
- (iv) After enrollment, the related institutions will update the list of enrolled students on the OFSS portal by 18th August 2024.

To apply for admission to Class 11th through the OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) in Bihar, here’s a general guide on how to proceed:
1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the OFSS
2. Registration: If you're a new user, you'll need to register by providing your mobile number, email ID, and other necessary details. If you're already registered, you can log in using your credentials.
3. Application Form: Fill out the online application form with the required details such as personal information, educational qualifications, and preferred schools or colleges.
4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your necessary documents, including your 10th-grade mark sheet, passport-sized photograph, and other required documents.
5. Selection of Colleges/Schools: Choose the colleges or schools where you want to apply. You can select multiple institutions in order of preference.
6. Payment of Application Fee: Pay the application fee online using the available payment options.
7. Submit the Application: After completing all the steps, submit your application. You can take a printout of the application form for future reference.
8. Track Application: You can track your application status by logging into the OFSS portal.
9. Merit List: Once the merit list is released, you can check it on the OFSS website to see if you have been selected for your preferred institution.
