Undergraduate Second Semester (Session: 2023-27) Examination-2024
It is hereby informed to all concerned individuals that those candidates who have appeared in and passed the first semester of the undergraduate course and will be appearing for the internal examinations of all subjects in the second semester of the undergraduate course (Session: 2023-27), they are required to generate the ABC ID by the CBSIS and submit the exam form along with the exam fee online on the university website
Important dates :
1. With Regular Fee: 21.08.2024 to 27.08.2024
2. With Late Fee (₹30): 28.08.2024 to 31.08.2024
3. Date for Exam Form Correction: 02.09.2024 to 04.09.2024
4. Date of Submission of Exam Form: 10.09.2024
All students must print out the examination form after submission and submit it along with the required documents to the examination section of their respective colleges on the prescribed date.
After submission, the printed exam form must be kept safely by the students for future reference. No requests related to the exam form will be entertained after the specified final date.
To fill out an exam form, follow these general steps:
1. Access the Form:
- Visit the official website or portal where the exam form is available.
- Log in using your credentials (such as your roll number and mobile number, as seen in the image you provided).
2. Select the Appropriate Exam:
- Choose the relevant semester, year, or course for which you're appearing in the exam.
3. Fill in the Details:
- Enter all the required personal details like name, roll number, course name, and any other information requested.
- Verify that all the information matches your academic records.
4. Choose Subjects:
- Select the subjects or papers you will be taking for the exam. Ensure that you have selected the correct ones.
5. Upload Documents:
- If required, upload any necessary documents like a passport-sized photograph, signature, or previous semester's mark sheets.
6. Review the Form:
- Double-check all the details you’ve entered. Make sure everything is correct.
7. Pay the Exam Fee:
- Proceed to the payment section. Pay the required exam fees using the available payment options (credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
8. Submit the Form:
- After payment, submit the form. Make sure to download and print a copy of the submitted form and the payment receipt for your records.
9. Check Confirmation:
- Confirm the successful submission of your form by checking your email or the portal for a confirmation message.
