Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi (Jharkhand), is inviting applications through the Apprenticeship Portal (NAPS & NATS) for apprenticeship training in various units. The total of 1180 apprenticeships are available in different categories for candidates who have passed graduation, diploma, ITI, 10th, and 12th grades. The apprenticeship training will be offered in the following categories for the respective training durations.

CCL Apprentice Vacancy 2024
1. Trade Apprentice: 484 posts.
2. Fresher Apprentice: 55 posts.
3. Technician/Graduate Apprentice: 637 posts.

Eligibility Criteria:
Trade Apprentice:
1. Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age as of 01.08.2024. Age relaxation for OBC, SC/ST candidates is as per government norms.
2. Candidates must have passed ITI in a relevant trade with NTC certificates.
3. Candidates applying for Assistant Law Assistant posts should have a 10th pass qualification with a B.A. LLB.
Fresher Apprentice:
1. Candidates must be between 18 and 22 years of age as of 01.08.2024. Age relaxation for OBC, SC/ST candidates is as per government norms.
2. Candidates must have a minimum qualification of 10th pass.
Technician and Graduate Apprentice:
1. Only those candidates who have completed their diploma or degree after 2020 are eligible to apply.
2. Candidates should have a minimum qualification of a 10th pass for technical and graduate apprentice posts.
3. The apprenticeship will be conducted as per NATS regulations.
Note:
Preference will be given to:
a) Project Affected People (PAP) or
b) Employee Ward candidates with the necessary verification certificates or
c) Candidates from institutions in Jharkhand.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1. TA/DA will not be provided to the candidates.
2. No permanent employment will be offered post-apprenticeship training.
3. Apprentices are not allowed to strike during the training period.
4. The management of Central Coalfields Limited reserves the right to reduce or cancel the training program without prior notice.
5. Seats will be allocated to other states only if a specific trade is not available in Jharkhand.
6. Any disputes will be settled under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
CCL Apprentice Stipend 2024
1. Trade Apprentic: Rs. 7,000/- per month.
2. Fresher Apprentice:
- 1st Year: Rs. 7,000/- per month.
- 2nd Year: Rs. 7,700/- per month.
3. Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/- per month.
4. Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000/- per month.
Stipend:
The apprentices will be paid a stipend as per the prescribed rates. The stipend rates are determined by the Government of India notification (686-E) dated 25.09.2019. The stipend will be paid through the UPI-linked bank account of the apprentices, with 50% of the amount being paid at the training location.
